Between Provence and Côte d’Azur, in the Var, 12 picturesque villages form the Gulf of Saint-Tropez: Cavalaire-sur-Mer, Cogolin, Gassin, Grimaud, La Croix Valmer, La Garde-Freinet, La Mole, Le Plan-de-Tour, Ramatuelle, Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.

In a natural setting of great beauty, these internationally renowned seaside resorts offer a great diversity of landscapes and architecture. Riviera Boulevard, your real estate agency specialising in Saint-Tropez and its area, presents the wealth of this mythical territory in the south of France.

Unusual place known all over the world, Saint-Tropez is a “star in spite of itself” city, which attracts celebrities seduced by this paradisiacal islet in the heart of a splendid peninsula. A corsair city dominated by its 16th century citadel, then a fishing village at the beginning of the 20th century, Saint-Tropez became an internationally famous seaside resort in the 1950s thanks to the filming of Et Dieu… créa la femme with Brigitte Bardot, and the ensuing popularity of Nouvelle Vague artists. Although Saint-Tropez has become the holiday resort of the international jet set, the atmosphere of the small fishing village of yesteryear still reigns. This is something to delight history and culture buffs.

Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, luminous winters, the 12 communes of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez attract both French and foreign customers who wish to acquire a quality second home. Despite a high concentration of residents in the summer, the region is very lively in the winter thanks to the numerous infrastructures present: shops, schools, cultural and sports areas… Luxury real estate St Tropez is very dynamic.

From the very luxurious waterfront villa in Ramatuelle, to the Provençal mas on the hill of Gassin or on the heights of Sainte Maxime, Riviera Boulevards, specialized in luxury real estate St Tropez will guide you to find the property that corresponds to your criteria of location, budget or type of architecture.

Insider Tips

SAINT-TROPEZ

Saint-Tropez is synonymous with luxury and celebration, and it is quite common to come across a celebrity in one of the few very select private clubs that line the port. But it is also a city with an authentic character that has managed to keep its original charm, despite the tourist success it has enjoyed since the 1950s.

If property prices in Saint-Tropez can reach new heights – the price per m² can exceed 26,000 euros – this is due not only to the reputation of the city, but also to the dream setting it offers and the types of property available on the market. There are splendid luxury villas in private estates close to the beach of Les Salins or in the vicinity of the beach of Pampelonne, such as old mansions or 18th century bourgeois houses in the city centre.

SAINTE-MAXIME

SAINTE-MAXIME

Sainte-Maxime is the most important city of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez by its number of inhabitants and is a privileged destination of the French Riviera. The city has a lively life all year round and attracts investors with its 11 km of Mediterranean coastline and its beaches and creeks that invite you to get away from it all and relax.

As far as real estate is concerned, Sainte-Maxime offers a varied range of properties at much more affordable prices than Saint-Tropez. Very beautiful properties line the coast and the surrounding hills, whose styles rival each other in elegance. There are magnificent Belle Epoque residences as well as very pretty Provençal bastides, magnificent contemporary properties on the heights of the Domaine du Golfe de Sainte-Maxime or beautiful seaside villas in the Nartelle district.

RAMATUELLE

RAMATUELLE

Not far from Saint-Tropez is Ramatuelle, a medieval village that rises on the foothills of the Paillas hill. In the heart of nature, it overlooks incredible landscapes on the agricultural plains and vineyards of the region.

Ramatuelle is a peaceful and authentic village that contrasts with the trendier side of its Pampelonne beach. History is also very present here, as evidenced by its beautiful churches, its lighthouse and the snail-like configuration of the heart of the village, typical of Mediterranean villages.

The choice of properties in Ramatuelle is very varied, ranging from the luxury villa with private heliport and infinity pool, to the village house in the historic heart, to the villa perched on the rocks of l’Escalet beach with a breathtaking sea view.

Ramatuelle remains one of the most coveted places to live in the south of France and property prices are often high.

PORT GRIMAUD

PORT GRIMAUD

The lakeside town of Grimaud imagined by the architect François Spoerry in 1966 is a magical place nicknamed the “Venice of Provence”. Every year, Port Grimaud attracts thousands of visitors, amazed by the beauty of its canals.

Port Grimaud has the peculiarity of being organized in private co-ownerships, which assume full autonomy in its maintenance and preservation. This unique architectural ensemble offers a privileged way of life to its residents and offers a wide range of properties, from the “waterfront” type house with patio, terrace and swimming pool, to the 3-room apartment with mooring.

Whether your project meets a desire to enjoy an exceptional holiday location or to make a good rental investment, Riviera Boulevard is at your disposal to help you acquire a property in Port Grimaud.

GRIMAUD, COGOLIN ET GASSIN

GRIMAUD, COGOLIN ET GASSIN

Nestling in the heart of the Maures, Grimaud is a charming medieval village with cobbled and flower-filled streets, stretching from the hinterland to the seaside. It is also one of the largest communes in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The real estate offer in Grimaud is vast, ranging from a small bungalow in a luxury campsite on the Mediterranean coast, to a Provencal bastide in the middle of the vineyards, without forgetting the typical apartments and houses in the heart of the town.

This medieval village guarantees its inhabitants a most pleasant environment, as do Cogolin and Gassin, located not far from Saint-Tropez. Here too, in these charming villages which benefit from an exceptional setting in a green environment, the range of properties is wide: beautiful villas with swimming pools perched on the hills, village apartments and houses or small bungalows in the shade of the pine trees in private estates.
