Insider Tips

ANTIBES

Between Provencal houses, apartments facing the sea and contemporary villas, the choice of real estate in Antibes is vast.

The old town and the centre are centred around the train station to the seaside. Composed of high houses and narrow cobbled streets, the city centre of Antibes is the perfect example of Provençal charm.

The Port Vauban, with its superb boats from all over the world, is a very attractive part of the city. As in the old Antibes, property prices in this area remain relatively high and vary greatly from one street to another or according to the presence of a sea view.

However, in the heights of the city, neighbourhoods such as Les Rastines, Les Bréguières or Les Semboules offer more affordable properties for the city’s assets.

CAP D'ANTIBES

CAP D'ANTIBES

Famous for its creeks, its luxury villas and its very famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, Cap d’Antibes divides the coastline in two: on one side the Baie des Anges and on the other the Golfe Juan.

From the Cape, one can contemplate magnificent landscapes, as well as the Garoupe lighthouse. In this area very popular with holidaymakers, there are many seasonal rentals. Buyers looking for an apartment, an allotment house or a luxury villa with a garden will also be able to find what they are looking for.

Due to the remarkable location of Cap d’Antibes, the prices in this area are the highest in the city, however the price range is very wide and depends very much on the property.

JUAN-LES-PINS

JUAN-LES-PINS

To the west of Cap d’Antibes is the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins. In this tourist area, nightlife is very intense, especially in summer. Nightclubs, casino, bars, restaurants and shops open at all hours make night owls happy.

In the heart of Juan-les-Pins, the Pinède is the lung of this part of the city and is also the cradle of the international Jazz festival. Very popular from the beginning of the 20th century by many foreigners who built splendid villas there, Juan-les-Pins is also made up of small buildings or larger residences on the seafront, along the beach of Juan-les-Pins.
