For the Privileged
Nice - Promenade des Anglais
A few steps from the Promenade des Anglais, the Cours Saleya, the old town and the Place Masséna, the Residence Beau Rivage in Nice, built in 1860, was one of the first hotels in Nice by the sea.
A favourite place for many artists and intellectuals of the time, it transports us today to a contemporary universe recreated by Jean Michel Wilmotte in 2004.
With its Nice pebbles, a nod to the beaches of Nice and reproductions of the widely represented painter Matisse, this residence breathes the capital of the Côte d’Azur to the full, to the rhythm of the city.
Behind the sumptuous 19th century facade, a sober refinement and a high standard of quality largely contribute to the international reputation of this place that is not to be missed whether you come to live there or just to enjoy it during a tourist visit.
Its ideal location, close to everything, its elegance and its windows open onto the deep blue sea, have made it one of the timeless and unmissable stars of the landscape of Nice “that burst the screen”.
The apartments for sale in the Résidence Beau Rivage benefit from a panoramic sea view from the Cap de Nice to the Cap d’Antibes, and have bay windows and large balconies inviting you to relax.
