There is no more beautiful location in Nice!
Nice - Cimiez
The Cimiez hill and its beautiful residences tell us an endless story that connects us to the past, to the architecture of yesteryear. Among these rare pearls that characterize the city of Nice, it is impossible not to mention the Palais Hermitage. Formerly a hotel, the Palais Hermitage was first transformed into a military hospital during the First World War, then converted into a condominium after the Second World War. Situated in a dominant position at the very end of the Colline de Cimiez, overlooking the city, the port and the castle hill, L’ Hermitage undoubtedly benefits from the most beautiful location in the city of Nice, and a unique view.
The beautiful balance of its construction, its splendid common areas, and the magnificent park which unfolds at its feet as if to reach the sea make it a link, make it a unique place of elegance and majesty.
It should be noted that when it was built, the Hotel Palais Hermitage was connected by a funicular to another establishment built by Charles Dalmas, the Hotel Langham situated below – which has since been converted into apartments.
The façades of the Palais Hermitage have recently been completely renovated to their original state. The work was carried out by the architect Gilles Gauvain of the Architects Studio agency.
