Jean-Laurent is a serial entrepreneur, autonomous and independent, whose areas of expertise cover both the different aspects of real estate and NICT.
His vision of the company is based on the priority given to the quality of human relations, the individual development of his collaborators, and the satisfaction of his clients, above all other considerations.
- Based on these convictions and this double expertise, he has created several companies or organisations, each of which has marked its field by the relevance of its vision and its capacity for innovation:
- Cimiez Boulevard in 1993, which quickly became the leader in the residential market of Cimiez in Nice.
- MLS Côte d’Azur in 2001, which is today the largest local MLS organization in France.
- Imminence in 2001, a company specialized in the development of IT solutions for real estate.
- Prestige MLS in 2008, the first European Business Club dedicated to luxury real estate.
- Riviera Boulevard in 2020, the first real estate agency organized according to the “P2C” model – Partner to Consumer.
Jean-Laurent is today focused on :
- The development of Riviera Boulevard
- The continued development of the Cimiez Boulevard Group and its various associated brands.
- The Presidency of the MLS Côte d’Azur, with new steps to be taken in the organization and regulation of the collaboration between its 2,000 real estate agents.
- Consulting activities with several major real estate players in France and Europe.
