Corentin Zivic of Riviera Boulevard has provided a seamlessly professional and individualised service for our real estate project in Nice, where we are downsizing to a smaller apartment closer to town. While personally showing potential buyers around our current apartment under a sale mandate, he was also able to access rare, hard-to-find properties through his excellent contacts with the other agencies as our buying agent. This allowed us to view and secure the purchase of an ideal secondary residence in the Mont Boron area of Nice on the day of its release onto the general market. Exceptional and personal service from a genuinely nice guy!
