The Gray d'Albion Residence is ideally located on one of the most famous streets in downtown Cannes, just steps from the beaches of the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, and close to all amenities.
This luxury residence, featuring a reception, concierge, and security services, also offers a shopping gallery and cafés right at the building’s foot.
The story began in 1863 with the rise of tourism catering to the European aristocracy, led by the English. The Gray boarding hotel was established in the middle of vineyards and fig trees, between Rue d’Antibes and Boulevard de l’Impératrice, which would later become the Croisette after the fall of the Second Empire. Eleven years later, the Gray merged with a neighboring establishment: the Albion Hotel.
In the 1920s, the owner dedicated part of the park to building a shopping arcade, the Galeries Fleuries, which housed chic cafés and luxury boutiques.
