A former Cannes hotel of great standing

Cannes - Croisette

This old hotel was built around 1881 by the Lyon architect Louis Rogniat, before being renovated in 1960 and divided into apartments by the Cannes architects Janine Robert-Gardent and Léo Carbonel.

A fabulous building overlooking the capital of cinema, the Parc Continental now houses beautiful and charming apartments. The apartments, located on the top floor, benefit from natural light during the day and spacious terraces of about twenty square meters where you can admire the evening sunsets. These apartments can have living areas of up to 200 square meters, open living rooms with dining areas and fully equipped kitchens with direct access to the terrace. Wooden floors and tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms complete these properties. Parking spaces also complete the upscale accommodations in this gated community.

Parc Continental is located just a 5-minute walk from the Marché Forville, one of Cannes’ most emblematic places, which is popular with locals who like to fill up on flavors. With the city center nearby, it is also possible to walk to the many restaurants and stores of the jewel city of the French Riviera.

Living in the center of Cannes gives you access to a multitude of activities and outings.

From the port, it is possible to reach the magnificent Lerins Islands in only 15 minutes by boat. This archipelago is a true haven of peace that offers beautiful coves for swimming as well as a heritage steeped in history.

A luxury residence with security and collective parking, Parc Continental is the ideal choice for people looking for a dynamic place to live, close to all amenities.
